Step 1: Legal check
Verify the pink book, any mortgage, and outstanding management fees.
Step 2: Deposit
Both parties sign a deposit agreement stating the price, payment schedule and notarisation deadline.
Step 3: Notarised sale contract
Signed at a notary office, with payment as agreed.
Step 4: Title registration
Submit the file, pay taxes and fees, and receive the pink book in the buyer’s name.
