At 2 Ton Duc Thang Street. Since 1 July 2025, after Ho Chi Minh City reorganised its wards, the address is 2 Ton Duc Thang, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ben Nghe Ward, District 1).

Are Vinhomes Ba Son and Vinhomes Golden River the same project?
Yes. The official name is Vinhomes Golden River; buyers and agents often call it Vinhomes Ba Son because it was built on the Ba Son shipyard site.

Which towers does Vinhomes Golden River have?
The completed apartment towers are Aqua 1, Aqua 2, Aqua 3 and Aqua 4 (The Aqua) and Luxury 6 (Lux 6, The Luxury), plus The Victoria riverside villas.

How much does an apartment cost?
Based on listings in October 2026, asking prices are about VND 180–350 million per m²: one-bedrooms around VND 8.5–11.4 billion, two-bedrooms 12.5–25 billion and three-bedrooms 20.7–43.9 billion.

How much is the rent?

Yes. Ba Son underground station on Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien) is inside the development with entrances connecting directly to Vinhomes Golden River. Ben Thanh is two stops away.
